Stat. tit. 18, § 18-2056","heading":"Action to compel execution or filing of articles or other","body":"documents.\n\nAny person who is adversely affected by the failure or refusal\n\nof any person to execute and file any articles or other document to\n\nbe filed under this act may petition the district court in the\n\ncounty where the registered office of the limited liability company\n\nis located or, if no such address is on file with the Secretary of\n\nState, in Oklahoma County, to direct the execution and filing of the\n\narticles or other document.
