The rules that statutes in derogation of the common law are\n\nto be strictly construed shall have no application to the Oklahoma\n\nGeneral Corporation Act.\n\nB. The law of estoppel shall apply to this act.\n\nC. The law of agency shall apply under this act.\n\nD. It is the policy of this act to give the maximum effect to\n\nthe principle of freedom of contract and to the enforceability of\n\noperating agreements.\n\nE.
