Stat. tit. 18, § 18-2064","heading":"Periodic statements and third-party certification","body":"PERIODIC STATEMENTS AND THIRD-PARTY CERTIFICATION.\n\nA public benefit limited liability company shall no less than\n\nbiennially provide its members with a statement as to the limited\n\nliability company's promotion of the public benefit or public\n\nbenefits set forth in its articles of organization and as to the\n\nbest interests of those materially affected by the limited liability\n\ncompany's conduct. The statement shall include:\n\n1. The objectives that have been established to promote such\n\npublic benefit or public benefits and interests;\n\n2. The standards that have been adopted to measure the limited\n\nliability company's progress in promoting such public benefit or\n\npublic benefits and interests;\n\n3. Objective factual information based on those standards\n\nregarding the limited liability company's success in meeting the\n\nobjectives for promoting such public benefit or public benefits and\n\ninterests; and\n\n4.
