Stat. tit. 18, § 18-381.16","heading":"Filing requirements for new mutual and stock","body":"associations.\n\nAt any time hereafter when ten or more individuals, residents of\n\nthis state, desire to form a mutual association, or one or more\n\nindividuals, residents of this state, desire to form a stock\n\nassociation under the provisions of this act, such persons,\n\nhereinafter referred to as the incorporators, shall file with the\n\nState Banking Commissioner the following:\n\n1. Four copies of the proposed certificate of incorporation,\n\nsigned and acknowledged by all of the incorporators and addressed to\n\nthe Secretary of State;\n\n2. An original and three copies of an application for a\n\ncertificate of authority to transact business as an association,\n\naddressed to the Commissioner;\n\n3. Four copies of the proposed bylaws for the proposed\n\nassociation;\n\n4. A remittance of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) payable to the\n\nSecretary of State of Oklahoma, as the incorporation fee in lieu of\n\nthe fees prescribed by paragraph 9 of subsection A of Section 1142\n\nof this title, which shall not be applicable to an association; and\n\n5.
