Stat. tit. 18, § 18-381.17","heading":"Contents of certificate of incorporation","body":"The certificate of incorporation shall set forth:\n\n1. The name of the association;\n\n2. That its term of existence is perpetual;\n\n3. That the purpose for which it is formed is to engage in the\n\nbusiness of an association pursuant to the Oklahoma Savings and Loan\n\nCode and the rules promulgated thereunder;\n\n4. The place where it is to maintain the main office for the\n\ntransaction of business;\n\n5. The names and addresses of the incorporators, and the\n\namounts of the deposit accounts or number of shares of stock\n\nsubscribed by each of them;\n\n6. If the association will be a stock association, the number\n\nof shares of stock of each class to be authorized and issued and the\n\npar value per share; and\n\n7.
