Stat. tit. 18, § 18-381.21","heading":"Corporate existence - Organizational meeting","body":"\n\nThe corporate existence of an association shall begin on the\n\ndate of filing of the certificate of incorporation with the\n\nSecretary of State and within thirty (30) days thereafter an\n\norganizational meeting shall be held by the deposit account holders\n\nor permanent capital stock subscribers pursuant to notice mailed to\n\neach of them not less than seven (7) days before the date of the\n\nmeeting.
