Stat. tit. 18, § 18-381.23","heading":"Exclusiveness of name","body":"No person, firm, company, partnership or corporation, either\n\ndomestic or foreign, unless lawfully authorized to do business in\n\nthis state under the provisions of this act, shall do business in\n\nthis state under any name or title which contains the terms \"savings\n\nand loan\", \"building and loan\", \"savings association\", \"savings\n\nbank\" or combination of such terms in any manner which indicates or\n\nreasonably implies that its business is of the character or kind\n\ncarried on or transacted by an association, or that is likely to\n\nlead any person to believe that such business is that of an\n\nassociation.
