Stat. tit. 18, § 18-381.24c","heading":"Military savings facilities - Certificate -","body":"Application - Functions permitted - Penalty.\n\nA. Any association may, subject to the approval of the State\n\nBanking Commissioner as evidenced by its certificates, and subject\n\nto the approval of the military installation commander as evidenced\n\nby a letter of approval, maintain and operate a military savings\n\nfacility on any military installation located in this state.\n\nB. As used in this section, the term \"military savings\n\nfacility\" shall mean a detached facility or branch maintained by an\n\nassociation upon a military installation within this state, provided\n\nsuch military savings facility must be within the confines of a\n\nmilitary reservation and located upon property owned or leased by\n\nthe United States government.\n\nC. 1. No association shall be permitted to maintain and\n\noperate such military savings facility, except on certificate issued\n\nby the Commissioner. The issuance of such certificate shall rest\n\nsolely in the discretion of the Commissioner.\n\n2. The application for a certificate to maintain and operate a\n\nmilitary savings facility shall comply with the regulations of the\n\nCommissioner. An application fee shall be payable to the Oklahoma\n\nState Banking Department in an amount set by rule of the\n\nCommissioner.\n\n3. No association function shall be performed at the facility\n\nsave that of accepting deposits, cashing checks, making change,\n\nselling drafts, cashier's checks, money orders, traveler's checks,\n\netc., accepting payment for personal utility bills, redeeming and\n\nselling United States Savings Bonds, and such other services as the\n\ninstallation commander may request, in writing, of the association.\n\nUpon the recommendation of the Commissioner, the Attorney General\n\nshall bring an appropriate action to enjoin an association from\n\nconducting association functions at such facility other than those\n\nherein granted.\n\nD. A violation of any portion of this section shall be and\n\nconstitute a misdemeanor punishable upon conviction by a fine not\n\nexceeding Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).
