Any association subsidiary of an association holding company\n\nmay receive deposits, renew time deposits, close loans, service\n\nloans, and receive payments on loans and other obligations as an\n\nagent for any other bank or association owned or controlled by the\n\nsame holding company.\n\nB. Despite any other provision of law, an association as an\n\nagent in accordance with subsection A of this section for an\n\naffiliate shall not be considered a branch of the affiliate.\n\nC.
