Stat. tit. 18, § 18-381.25","heading":"Amendment of certificate of incorporation","body":"An amended certificate of incorporation must be signed and\n\nacknowledged by all of the directors of the association, and shall\n\nconform with the requirements for the original certificate of\n\nincorporation except that the names and addresses of the directors\n\nshall be stated in lieu of names of the incorporators.
