Stat. tit. 18, § 18-381.3","heading":"Conformity of existing associations","body":"The certificate of incorporation and certificate of authority to\n\ntransact business as an association, of every association heretofore\n\norganized under the laws of this state and existing as of January 1,\n\n2000, shall continue in full force and effect, and the same shall be\n\ndeemed as modified to conform with this act without the adoption of\n\na new certificate of incorporation or issuance of a new certificate\n\nof authority. The contracts, obligations and liabilities of every\n\nsuch association, and the contracts, notes, mortgages, investments\n\nand other assets and rights of every kind and nature held by it, as\n\nwell as its bylaws and resolutions, shall continue in full force and\n\neffect.
