Stat. tit. 18, § 18-381.38","heading":"Classification of deposit accounts","body":"Any association may classify its deposit accounts according to\n\nthe character, amount or duration thereof, or regularity of\n\nadditions thereto, and may pay additional or higher rates of\n\nearnings on accounts based on such classifications than is paid on\n\nregular deposit accounts, provided that any such higher rate, or\n\nbonus, to be paid on any class of accounts shall not exceed the\n\nlimitations prescribed by the State Banking Commissioner or by\n\napplicable federal regulations.
