Stat. tit. 18, § 18-381.43","heading":"Deposit accounts of administrators, executors,","body":"conservators, guardians, trustees or other fiduciaries.\n\nAny association or federal association may accept deposit\n\naccounts in the name of any administrator, executor, conservator,\n\nguardian, trustee, or other fiduciary for a named beneficiary or\n\nbeneficiaries. Any such fiduciary shall have power to vote as a\n\nmember of a mutual association as if the membership were held\n\nabsolutely, to open and to make additions to, and to withdraw such\n\ndeposit account in whole or in part. The withdrawal value of any\n\nsuch deposit account, and earnings thereon, or other rights relating\n\nthereto may be paid or delivered, in whole or in part, to such\n\nfiduciary without regard to any notice to the contrary as long as\n\nsuch fiduciary is living. The payment or delivery to any such\n\nfiduciary or a receipt or acquittance signed by any such fiduciary\n\nto whom any such payment or any such delivery of rights is made\n\nshall be a valid and sufficient release and discharge of an\n\nassociation for the payment or delivery so made. Whenever a deposit\n\naccount shall be opened by any person who designates himself or\n\nherself or another as trustee by written declaration of trust, which\n\nprovides that the trust shall terminate upon the death of such\n\nperson, then, in the event of the death of the person so described\n\nas trustee, the withdrawal value of such deposit account or any part\n\nthereof, together with the earnings thereon, may be paid to the\n\nperson for whom the deposit account was thus described to have been\n\nopened.
