Stat. tit. 18, § 18-381.44","heading":"Payment to administrator or executor of deceased","body":"nonresident.\n\nWhen a deposit account is held in any association or federal\n\nassociation by a person residing in another state or country, the\n\ndeposit account, together with additions thereto and earnings\n\nthereon, or any part thereof, may be paid to the administrator or\n\nexecutor appointed in the state or country where the account or\n\ndeposit holder resided at the time of death.
