The Oklahoma Savings and Loan Board is abolished. The\n\npower, duties and responsibilities exercised by the Oklahoma Savings\n\nand Loan Board shall be transferred to the State Banking\n\nCommissioner. All unexpended funds, property, records, personnel\n\nand outstanding financial obligations and encumbrances of the\n\nOklahoma Savings and Loan Board are hereby transferred to the\n\nOklahoma State Banking Department.\n\nB. Any reference to the Oklahoma Savings and Loan Board in the\n\nOklahoma Statutes or in rules promulgated pursuant to the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes shall mean the State Banking Commissioner.\n\nC.
