Stat. tit. 18, § 18-381.52a","heading":"Additional association powers and authorities –","body":"Special or fiduciary duties or obligations.\n\nIn addition to other provisions of the Oklahoma Savings and Loan\n\nCode relating to deposit accounts, an association may exercise the\n\npowers and authorities applicable under the provisions of Article IX\n\nof the Oklahoma Banking Code, Sections 901 through 907 of Title 6 of\n\nthe Oklahoma Statutes, as amended from time to time. An association\n\nmay also exercise the powers and authorities applicable under the\n\nprovisions of Article XIII of the Oklahoma Banking Code, Section\n\n1301 et seq. of Title 6 of the Oklahoma Statutes, as amended from\n\ntime to time.
