Stat. tit. 18, § 18-381.56","heading":"Investment in securities","body":"In addition to any powers of investment permitted pursuant to\n\nparagraph 17 of Section 381.54 of this title, associations shall\n\nhave power to invest in securities as follows:\n\n1. In obligations of, or obligations which are fully guaranteed\n\nas to principal and interest by, the United States or this state; in\n\nstock or obligations of any Federal Home Loan Bank or Banks; in\n\nstock or obligations of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation;\n\nand in stock or obligations of the Federal National Mortgage\n\nAssociation or any successor or successors thereto;\n\n2. In time deposits, certificates, accounts, or other\n\nobligations of banks or other financial institutions, the accounts\n\nof which are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or\n\nthe National Credit Union Administration;\n\n3. Not in excess of five percent (5%) of its assets, as\n\nreported in its most recent quarterly thrift financial report or\n\nother statement of condition submitted to the Oklahoma State Banking\n\nDepartment, in bonds, notes or other evidences of indebtedness which\n\nare a general obligation of, or guaranteed as to principal and\n\ninterest by, any agency or instrumentality of the United States not\n\nspecified in paragraph 1 of this section, or of any city, county or\n\nschool district in this state; and\n\n4.
