Whenever a violation of this act by an association or any\n\nofficer, director or employee thereof is threatened or impending and\n\nwill cause substantial injury to the institution or to the\n\ndepositors, creditors, or stockholders thereof, the district court\n\nof the county in which the association is located shall, upon the\n\nsuit of the State Banking Commissioner, issue an injunction\n\nrestraining such violation.\n\nB. Whenever any corporation, not authorized to carry on\n\nassociation business under this act, shall falsely act as an\n\nassociation, or shall use an artificial or corporate name implying\n\nit is a trust company, the district court of the county in which\n\nlawful service is obtained shall, upon suit of the Commissioner,\n\nissue an injunction restraining such act.\n\nC.
