Stat. tit. 18, § 18-411","heading":"Reports - Misapplication of funds solicited","body":"Thirty (30) days after the passage and approval of this bill,\n\nall chambers of commerce, commercial clubs, or any such associations\n\norganized and doing business in this state as is commonly done by\n\nsuch associations shall make a report to their entire membership,\n\nsetting forth and itemizing their receipts and disbursements for the\n\nyear ending at the date of the passage and approval of this bill,\n\nand shall thereafter make a like report each year ending June 30th.\n\nEvery committee or individual who solicits or receives any funds\n\nfrom the public for such associations herein named shall make a full\n\nitemized report of all receipts and disbursements thereof. The\n\nreport shall be filed with the city clerk where the committee or\n\nperson soliciting such fund resides, or where the funds were\n\ncollected; provided, that any person or committee who diverts the\n\nfunds so collected from the purposes for which they were solicited\n\nor collected shall be guilty of a Class D1 felony offense and on\n\nconviction therefor shall be punished by confinement as provided for\n\nin subsections B through F of Section 20N of Title 21 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes.","path":["OK Code","Title 18"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os18.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"93fbfd08c2129a4844c3a72aee186a94aec81ff973e2af5ac1248c237bbeadac","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-381.8a","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-421"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
