Stat. tit. 18, § 18-424","heading":"Amendment of articles","body":"The articles of incorporation may be amended at any time, or\n\nfrom time to time, by the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the\n\nmembers present at any annual meeting of the stockholders, if notice\n\nof the proposed amendment shall have been given in the call for such\n\nmeeting.
