Stat. tit. 18, § 18-435","heading":"Use of word \"cooperative\"","body":"No person, firm or association, nor any corporation other than\n\nsuch as shall be organized pursuant to Sections 421 through 439.2 of\n\nthis title or pursuant to the Uniform Limited Cooperative\n\nAssociation Act of 2009, shall make use of the word \"cooperative\",\n\nin the name under which its or their business is carried on.\n\nWhoever shall violate the provisions of this section shall be\n\npunishable by fine of not exceeding One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)\n\nfor each offense.
