Stat. tit. 18, § 18-437.18","heading":"Filing of articles - Certificate of incorporation -","body":"Filing.\n\nArticles of incorporation, amendment, consolidation, merger or\n\nconversion, as the case may be, when executed and acknowledged and\n\naccompanied by such affidavits as may be required by applicable\n\nprovisions of this act, shall be presented to the Secretary of State\n\nfor filing in the records of his office.
