Stat. tit. 18, § 18-437.22","heading":"Waiver of notice","body":"Whenever any notice is required to be given under the provisions\n\nof this act or under the provisions of the articles of incorporation\n\nor bylaws of a cooperative, waiver thereof in writing, signed by the\n\nperson or persons entitled to such notice, whether before or after\n\nthe time fixed for the giving of such notice, shall be deemed\n\nequivalent to such notice.
