An annual meeting of the members of a cooperative shall be\n\nheld at such time and place as shall be provided in the bylaws.\n\nB. Special meetings of the members may be called by the\n\npresident, by the board of trustees, by any three trustees, or by\n\nnot less than two hundred members or ten percent (10%) of all\n\nmembers, whichever shall be the lesser.\n\nC. Except as otherwise provided in this act, written or printed\n\nnotice stating the time and place of each meeting of the members and\n\nin the case of a special meeting, the purpose or purposes for which\n\nthe meeting is called, shall be given to each member, either\n\npersonally or by mail, not less than ten (10) days nor more than\n\ntwenty-five (25) days before the date of the meeting. If mailed,\n\nsuch notice shall be deemed to be given when deposited in the United\n\nStates mail with postage prepaid, addressed to the member at his\n\naddress as it appears on the records of the cooperative.\n\nD. Unless the bylaws prescribe the presence of a greater\n\npercentage or number of the members for a quorum, a quorum for the\n\ntransaction of business at all meetings of the members of a\n\ncooperative having not more than five hundred members, shall be ten\n\npercent (10%) of all members, present in person, and of a\n\ncooperative having more than five hundred members, shall be fifty\n\nmembers or two percent (2%) of all members, whichever is greater,\n\npresent in person. If less than a quorum is present at any meeting,\n\na majority of those present in person may adjourn the meeting from\n\ntime to time without further notice.\n\nE. Each member shall be entitled to one vote on each matter\n\nsubmitted to a vote at a meeting of the members.
