Stat. tit. 18, § 18-438.14","heading":"Officers","body":"The officers of a cooperative shall consist of a president, vice\n\npresident, secretary and treasurer, who shall be elected annually by\n\nand from the board of trustees. When a person holding any such\n\noffice ceases to be a trustee he shall cease to hold such office.\n\nThe offices of secretary and of treasurer may be held by the same\n\nperson. The board of trustees may also elect or appoint such other\n\nofficers, agents, or employees as it deems necessary or advisable\n\nand shall prescribe their powers and duties.
