Stat. tit. 18, § 18-438.15","heading":"Amendment of articles of incorporation","body":"A cooperative may amend its articles of incorporation by\n\ncomplying with the following requirements, provided, however, that a\n\nchange of location of principal office may be effected in the manner\n\nset forth in Section 16 of this act: The proposed amendment shall\n\nbe presented to a meeting of the members, the notice of which shall\n\nset forth or have attached thereto the proposed amendment. If the\n\nproposed amendment, with any changes, is approved by the affirmative\n\nvote of not less than two thirds of those members voting thereon at\n\nsuch meeting, articles of amendment shall be executed and\n\nacknowledged on behalf of the cooperative by its president or vice\n\npresident and its seal shall be affixed thereto and attested by its\n\nsecretary. The articles of amendment shall recite that they are\n\nexecuted pursuant to this act and shall state: (1) the name of the\n\ncooperative; (2) the address of its principal office; and (3) the\n\namendment to its articles of incorporation.
