Stat. tit. 18, § 18-438.22","heading":"Presentation and filing of papers with Secretary of","body":"State.\n\nArticles of incorporation, amendment, consolidation, merger,\n\nconversion, combined consolidation and conversion, or dissolution,\n\nwhen executed and acknowledged and accompanied by such affidavits as\n\nmay be required by applicable provisions of this act, shall be\n\npresented to the Secretary of State for filing in the records of his\n\noffice. If the Secretary of State shall find that the articles\n\npresented conform to the requirements of this act, he shall, upon\n\nthe payment of the fees as in this act provided, file such articles\n\nin the records of his office and upon such filing the incorporation,\n\namendment, consolidation, merger, conversion, combined consolidation\n\nand conversion, or dissolution provided for therein shall be in\n\neffect.
