Stat. tit. 18, § 18-438.26","heading":"Recording instruments - Lien","body":"Any mortgage, deed of trust or other instrument executed by a\n\ncooperative or foreign corporation doing business in this state\n\npursuant to this act, which affects real and personal property and\n\nwhich is recorded in the real property records in any county in\n\nwhich such property is located or is to be located, shall have the\n\nsame force and effect as if the mortgage, deed of trust or other\n\ninstrument were also recorded, filed or indexed as provided by law\n\nin the proper office in such county as a mortgage of personal\n\nproperty.
