Stat. tit. 18, § 18-438.31","heading":"Rates","body":"The Corporation Commission shall have the power and authority to\n\nprescribe and enforce rates for regulated communication services\n\nunder this act as may be found to be reasonable and just after due\n\nnotice and hearing, provided that said commission shall make final\n\ndetermination of rates within ninety (90) days after the request has\n\nbeen received by the Commission. In the event that said Commission\n\nfails to act within the period prescribed above, the rate requested\n\nby the applicant in said application shall immediately become\n\neffective. From any action of the Commission prescribing rates and\n\ncharges under this act, any party aggrieved may appeal to the\n\nSupreme Court in the manner now provided by law for appealing cases\n\nfrom the Corporation Commission to the Supreme Court.
