Stat. tit. 18, § 18-438.33","heading":"Cooperatives, nonprofit and mutual corporations and","body":"associations subject to act - Corrected articles of incorporation.\n\nA. Existing domestic and domesticated cooperatives, nonprofit\n\nand mutual corporations and associations formed to engage in or\n\nengaging in the business, undertaking or activity described in or\n\ncontemplated hereby, shall be deemed, ipso facto, to come under the\n\nprovisions of this act as of the date this act becomes effective and\n\nall provisions hereof shall thereafter fully apply thereto and every\n\nsuch corporation and association shall have the same rights,\n\nprivileges, powers and immunities as it would possess if\n\nrespectively created or domesticated hereunder and shall be subject\n\nto the same obligations, duties and jurisdictions as cooperatives\n\norganized under this act.\n\nB.
