Stat. tit. 18, § 18-438.8","heading":"Bylaws","body":"\n\nThe board of trustees shall adopt the first bylaws of a\n\ncooperative to be adopted following an incorporation, conversion,\n\ncombined consolidation and conversion, merger or consolidation.\n\nThereafter the members shall adopt, amend or repeal the bylaws by\n\nthe affirmative vote of a majority of those members voting thereon\n\nat a meeting of the members.
