Stat. tit. 18, § 18-441-1002","heading":"Contribution and valuation","body":"CONTRIBUTION AND VALUATION.\n\n(a) Unless the organic rules otherwise provide, the\n\ncontributions of a member to a limited cooperative association may\n\nconsist of tangible or intangible property or other benefit to the\n\nassociation, including money, labor or other services performed or\n\nto be performed, promissory notes, other agreements to contribute\n\nmoney or property, and contracts to be performed.\n\n(b) The receipt and acceptance of contributions and the\n\nvaluation of contributions must be reflected in a limited\n\ncooperative association’s records.\n\n(c) Unless the organic rules otherwise provide, the board of\n\ndirectors shall determine the value of a member’s contributions\n\nreceived or to be received and the determination by the board of\n\ndirectors of valuation is conclusive for purposes of determining\n\nwhether the member’s contribution obligation has been met.","path":["OK Code","Title 18"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os18.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"5230002f118b3f581d80049197568fc845f7ef183c65d9f3b689985c042de193","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-1001","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-1003"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
