Stat. tit. 18, § 18-441-1003","heading":"Contribution agreements","body":"CONTRIBUTION AGREEMENTS.\n\n(a) Except as otherwise provided in the agreement, the\n\nfollowing rules apply to an agreement made by a person before\n\nformation of a limited cooperative association to make a\n\ncontribution to the association:\n\n(1) The agreement is irrevocable for six (6) months after the\n\nagreement is signed by the person unless all parties to the\n\nagreement consent to the revocation.\n\n(2) If a person does not make a required contribution:\n\n(A) the person is obligated, at the option of the\n\nassociation, once formed, to contribute money equal to\n\nthe value of that part of the contribution that has\n\nnot been made, and the obligation may be enforced as a\n\ndebt to the association; or\n\n(B) the association, once formed, may rescind the\n\nagreement if the debt remains unpaid more than twenty\n\n(20) days after the association demands payment from\n\nthe person, and upon rescission the person has no\n\nfurther rights or obligations with respect to the\n\nassociation.\n\n(b) Unless the organic rules or an agreement to make a\n\ncontribution to a limited cooperative association otherwise\n\nprovides, if a person does not make a required contribution to an\n\nassociation, the person or the person’s estate is obligated, at the\n\noption of the association, to contribute money equal to the value of\n\nthe part of the contribution which has not been made.","path":["OK Code","Title 18"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os18.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"b3f3158ca6dea2e8f09a23fa1d2ffd1af37bdda16dc9e82049f5e7bd761bda44","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-1002","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-1004"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
