Property distributed to a member by a\n\nlimited cooperative association, other than money, may be redeemed\n\nor repurchased as provided in the organic rules but a redemption or\n\nrepurchase may not be made without authorization by the board of\n\ndirectors. The board may withhold authorization for any reason in\n\nits sole discretion.
