Stat. tit. 18, § 18-441-105","heading":"Purpose and duration of limited cooperative","body":"association.\n\nPURPOSE AND DURATION OF LIMITED COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATION.\n\n(a) A limited cooperative association is an entity distinct\n\nfrom its members.\n\n(b) A limited cooperative association may be organized for any\n\nlawful purpose, whether or not for profit except for supplying\n\nelectric energy or natural gas in rural areas.
