Stat. tit. 18, § 18-441-109","heading":"Requirements of other laws","body":"REQUIREMENTS OF OTHER LAWS.\n\n(a) The Uniform Limited Cooperative Association Act of 2009\n\ndoes not alter or amend any law that governs the licensing and\n\nregulation of an individual or entity in carrying on a specific\n\nbusiness or profession even if that law permits the business or\n\nprofession to be conducted by a limited cooperative association, a\n\nforeign cooperative, or its members.\n\n(b) A limited cooperative association may not conduct an\n\nactivity that, under law of this state other than the Uniform\n\nLimited Cooperative Association Act of 2009, may be conducted only\n\nby an entity that meets specific requirements for the internal\n\naffairs of that entity unless the organic rules of the association\n\nconform to those requirements.","path":["OK Code","Title 18"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os18.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"5bc7a3e3100cc5056d7c4f306d34797c245766621f2f076a336ea1636ba33bcf","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-108","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-110"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
