Stat. tit. 18, § 18-441-1102","heading":"Effect of dissociation as member","body":"EFFECT OF DISSOCIATION AS MEMBER.\n\n(a) Upon a member’s dissociation:\n\n(1) Subject to Section 101 of this act, the person has no\n\nfurther rights as a member; and\n\n(2) Subject to Section 101 of this act and Article 16 of the\n\nUniform Limited Cooperative Association Act of 2009, any financial\n\nrights owned by the person in the person’s capacity as a member\n\nimmediately before dissociation are owned by the person as a\n\ntransferee.\n\n(b) A person’s dissociation as a member does not of itself\n\ndischarge the person from any debt, obligation, or liability to the\n\nlimited cooperative association which the person incurred under the\n\norganic rules, by contract, or by other means while a member.","path":["OK Code","Title 18"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os18.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"28dc5d5afc70fc7cebfc938ffb3a064a44342f837652524cfd3234a27b9ae944","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-1101","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-1103"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
