Stat. tit. 18, § 18-441-114","heading":"Required information","body":"REQUIRED INFORMATION.\n\n(a) Subject to subsection (b) of this section, a limited\n\ncooperative association shall maintain in a record available at its\n\nprincipal office:\n\n(1) A list containing the name, last-known street address and,\n\nif different, mailing address, and term of office of each director\n\nand officer;\n\n(2) The initial articles of organization and all amendments to\n\nand restatements of the articles, together with a signed copy of any\n\npower of attorney under which any article, amendment, or restatement\n\nhas been signed;\n\n(3) The initial bylaws and all amendments to and restatements\n\nof the bylaws;\n\n(4) All filed articles of merger and statements of conversion;\n\n(5) All financial statements of the association for the six (6)\n\nmost recent years;\n\n(6) The six most recent annual reports delivered by the\n\nassociation to the Secretary of State;\n\n(7) The minutes of members meetings for the six (6) most recent\n\nyears;\n\n(8) Evidence of all actions taken by members without a meeting\n\nfor the six (6) most recent years;\n\n(9) A list containing:\n\n(A) the name, in alphabetical order, and last-known street\n\naddress and, if different, mailing address of each\n\npatron member and each investor member; and\n\n(B) if the association has districts or classes of\n\nmembers, information from which each current member in\n\na district or class may be identified;\n\n(10) The federal income tax returns, any state and local income\n\ntax returns, and any tax reports of the association for the six (6)\n\nmost recent years;\n\n(11) Accounting records maintained by the association in the\n\nordinary course of its operations for the six (6) most recent years;\n\n(12) The minutes of directors meetings for the six (6) most\n\nrecent years;\n\n(13) Evidence of all actions taken by directors without a\n\nmeeting for the six (6) most recent years;\n\n(14) The amount of money contributed and agreed to be\n\ncontributed by each member;\n\n(15) A description and statement of the agreed value of\n\ncontributions other than money made and agreed to be made by each\n\nmember;\n\n(16) The times at which, or events on the happening of which,\n\nany additional contribution is to be made by each member;\n\n(17) For each member, a description and statement of the\n\nmember’s interest or information from which the description and\n\nstatement can be derived; and\n\n(18) All communications concerning the association made in a\n\nrecord to all members, or to all members in a district or class, for\n\nthe six (6) most recent years.\n\n(b) If a limited cooperative association has existed for less\n\nthan the period for which records must be maintained under\n\nsubsection (a) of this section, the period records must be kept is\n\nthe period of the association’s existence.\n\n(c) The organic rules may require that more information be\n\nmaintained.","path":["OK Code","Title 18"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os18.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"6165c1d065eeabdc5abeafb7d9e12b4ce07c501c07a24326c61c60def1797b1e","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-113","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-115"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
