Stat. tit. 18, § 18-441-118","heading":"Change of designated office or agent for service of","body":"process.\n\nCHANGE OF DESIGNATED OFFICE OR AGENT FOR SERVICE OF PROCESS.\n\n(a) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (e) of Section\n\n27 of this act, to change its designated office, its agent for\n\nservice of process, or the street address or, if different, mailing\n\naddress of its principal office, a limited cooperative association\n\nmust deliver to the Secretary of State for filing a statement of\n\nchange containing:\n\n(1) The name of the limited cooperative association;\n\n(2) The street address and, if different, mailing address of\n\nits designated office;\n\n(3) If the designated office is to be changed, the street\n\naddress and, if different, mailing address of the new designated\n\noffice;\n\n(4) The name of its agent for service of process; and\n\n(5) If the agent for service of process is to be changed, the\n\nname of the new agent.\n\n(b) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (e) of Section\n\n27 of this act, to change its agent for service of process, the\n\naddress of its designated office, or the street address or, if\n\ndifferent, mailing address of its principal office, a foreign\n\ncooperative shall deliver to the Secretary of State for filing a\n\nstatement of change containing:\n\n(1) The name of the foreign cooperative;\n\n(2) The name, street address and, if different, mailing address\n\nof its designated office;\n\n(3) If the current agent for service of process or an address\n\nof the designated office is to be changed, the new information;\n\n(4) The street address and, if different, mailing address of\n\nits principal office; and\n\n(5) If the street address or, if different, the mailing address\n\nof its principal office is to be changed, the street address and, if\n\ndifferent, the mailing address of the new principal office.\n\n(c) Except as otherwise provided in Section 24 of this act, a\n\nstatement of change is effective when filed by the Secretary of\n\nState.","path":["OK Code","Title 18"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os18.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"fac8675f96d5e52a8e86c9cb4693d74cedaea23498b34951d6e576e90d9b2ce8","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-117","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-119"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
