Stat. tit. 18, § 18-441-119","heading":"Resignation of agent for service of process","body":"RESIGNATION OF AGENT FOR SERVICE OF PROCESS.\n\n(a) To resign as an agent for service of process of a limited\n\ncooperative association or foreign cooperative, the agent must\n\ndeliver to the Secretary of State for filing a statement of\n\nresignation containing the name of the agent and the name of the\n\nassociation or foreign cooperative.\n\n(b) After receiving a statement of resignation under subsection\n\n(a) of this section, the Secretary of State shall file it and mail\n\nor otherwise provide or deliver a copy to the limited cooperative\n\nassociation or foreign cooperative at its principal office.\n\n(c) An agency for service of process of a limited cooperative\n\nassociation or foreign cooperative terminates on the earlier of:\n\n(1) The thirty-first day after the Secretary of State files a\n\nstatement of resignation under subsection (b) of this section; or\n\n(2) When a record designating a new agent for service of\n\nprocess is delivered to the Secretary of State for filing on behalf\n\nof the association or foreign cooperative and becomes effective.","path":["OK Code","Title 18"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os18.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"be2a203c06f032b5639f16ab0e495294e9035f666f4e6a14c1e257bf2093f5ea","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-118","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-120"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
