Except as otherwise provided in\n\nSections 104 and 112 of this act, a limited cooperative association\n\nis dissolved and its activities must be wound up:\n\n(1) Upon the occurrence of an event or at a time specified in\n\nthe articles of organization;\n\n(2) Upon the action of the association’s organizers, board of\n\ndirectors, or members under Section 105 or 106 of this act; or\n\n(3) Ninety (90) days after the dissociation of a member, which\n\nresults in the association having one patron member and no other\n\nmembers, unless the association:\n\n(A) has a sole member that is a cooperative; or\n\n(B) not later than the end of the ninety-day period,\n\nadmits at least one member in accordance with the\n\norganic rules and has at least two members, at least\n\none of which is a patron member.","path":["OK Code","Title 18"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os18.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"6281f985e872b478507097095edd3d1aa5b798ef616b581000ac6d8bb26161f3","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-1201","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-1203"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
