Stat. tit. 18, § 18-441-1212","heading":"Reinstatement following administrative dissolution","body":"REINSTATEMENT FOLLOWING ADMINISTRATIVE DISSOLUTION.\n\n(a) A limited cooperative association that has been dissolved\n\nadministratively may apply to the Secretary of State for\n\nreinstatement not later than two (2) years after the effective date\n\nof dissolution. The application must be delivered to the Secretary\n\nof State for filing and state:\n\n(1) The name of the association and the effective date of its\n\nadministrative dissolution;\n\n(2) That the grounds for dissolution either did not exist or\n\nhave been eliminated; and\n\n(3) That the association’s name satisfies the requirements of\n\nSection 11 of this act.\n\n(b) If the Secretary of State determines that an application\n\ncontains the information required by subsection (a) of this section\n\nand that the information is correct, the Secretary of State shall:\n\n(1) Prepare a declaration of reinstatement;\n\n(2) File the original of the declaration; and\n\n(3) Serve a copy of the declaration on the association.\n\n(c) When reinstatement under this section becomes effective, it\n\nrelates back to and takes effect as of the effective date of the\n\nadministrative dissolution, and the limited cooperative association\n\nmay resume or continue its activities as if the administrative\n\ndissolution had not occurred.","path":["OK Code","Title 18"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os18.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"4fbc976135694e7547425546b23b02e482b4a19b1c3eed5ebd78ef40193b96ca","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-1211","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-1213"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
