Stat. tit. 18, § 18-441-1213","heading":"Denial of reinstatement - Appeal","body":"DENIAL OF REINSTATEMENT; APPEAL.\n\n(a) If the Secretary of State denies a limited cooperative\n\nassociation’s application for reinstatement following administrative\n\ndissolution, the Secretary of State shall prepare and file a notice\n\nthat explains the reason for denial and serve the association with a\n\ncopy of the notice.\n\n(b) Not later than thirty (30) days after service of a notice\n\nof denial of reinstatement by the Secretary of State, a limited\n\ncooperative association may appeal the denial by petitioning the\n\ndistrict court to set aside the dissolution. The petition must be\n\nserved on the Secretary of State and contain a copy of the Secretary\n\nof State’s declaration of dissolution, the association’s application\n\nfor reinstatement, and the Secretary of State’s notice of denial.\n\n(c) The court may summarily order the Secretary of State to\n\nreinstate the dissolved cooperative association or may take other\n\naction the court considers appropriate.","path":["OK Code","Title 18"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os18.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"bc519c37df309a330475604ab9a3316b45abd7c77f62ecbac42a641ed6cf6f76","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-1212","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-1214"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
