Stat. tit. 18, § 18-441-1402","heading":"Application for certificate of authority","body":"\n\nAPPLICATION FOR CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY.\n\n(a) A foreign cooperative may apply for a certificate of\n\nauthority by delivering an application to the Secretary of State for\n\nfiling. The application must state:\n\n(1) The name of the foreign cooperative and, if the name does\n\nnot comply with Section 11 of this act, an alternative name adopted\n\npursuant to Section 126 of this act;\n\n(2) The name of the state or other jurisdiction under whose law\n\nthe foreign cooperative is organized;\n\n(3) The street address and, if different, mailing address of\n\nthe principal office and, if the law of the jurisdiction under which\n\nthe foreign cooperative is organized requires the foreign\n\ncooperative to maintain another office in that jurisdiction, the\n\nstreet address and, if different, mailing address of the required\n\noffice;\n\n(4) The street address and, if different, mailing address of\n\nthe foreign cooperative’s designated office in this state, and the\n\nname of the foreign cooperative’s agent for service of process at\n\nthe designated office; and\n\n(5) The name, street address and, if different, mailing address\n\nof each of the foreign cooperative’s current directors and officers.\n\n(b) A foreign cooperative shall deliver with a completed\n\napplication under subsection (a) of this section a certificate of\n\ngood standing or a similar record signed by the Secretary of State\n\nor other official having custody of the foreign cooperative’s\n\npublicly filed records in the state or other jurisdiction under\n\nwhose law the foreign cooperative is organized.","path":["OK Code","Title 18"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os18.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"b8f6fcbf28ce1fdd5d800968245d93323565b9c236c82486cb5dbd1d030862dc","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-1401","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-1403"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
