Stat. tit. 18, § 18-441-1405","heading":"Noncomplying name of foreign cooperative","body":"NONCOMPLYING NAME OF FOREIGN COOPERATIVE.\n\n(a) A foreign cooperative whose name does not comply with\n\nSection 11 of this act may not obtain a certificate of authority\n\nuntil it adopts, for the purpose of transacting business in this\n\nstate, an alternative name that complies with Section 11 of this\n\nact.
