Stat. tit. 18, § 18-441-201","heading":"Signing of records delivered for filing to Secretary","body":"of State.\n\nSIGNING OF RECORDS DELIVERED FOR FILING TO SECRETARY OF STATE.\n\n(a) A record delivered to the Secretary of State for filing\n\npursuant to the Uniform Limited Cooperative Association Act of 2009\n\nmust be signed as follows:\n\n(1) The initial articles of organization must be signed by at\n\nleast one organizer.\n\n(2) A statement of cancellation under subsection (d) of Section\n\n30 of this act must be signed by at least one organizer.\n\n(3) Except as otherwise provided in paragraph (4) of this\n\nsubsection, a record signed on behalf of an existing limited\n\ncooperative association must be signed by an officer.\n\n(4) A record filed on behalf of a dissolved association must be\n\nsigned by a person winding up activities under Section 107 of this\n\nact or a person appointed under Section 107 of this act to wind up\n\nthose activities.\n\n(5) Any other record must be signed by the person on whose\n\nbehalf the record is delivered to the Secretary of State.\n\n(b) Any record to be signed under the Uniform Limited\n\nCooperative Association Act of 2009 may be signed by an authorized\n\nagent.","path":["OK Code","Title 18"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os18.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"a8333d938caaabbbd12ea9702b762fd1157b59b1af3e9b8099215458620c3163","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-1704","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-202"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
