Stat. tit. 18, § 18-441-202","heading":"Signing and filing of records pursuant to judicial","body":"order.\n\nSIGNING AND FILING OF RECORDS PURSUANT TO JUDICIAL ORDER.\n\n(a) If a person required by the Uniform Limited Cooperative\n\nAssociation Act of 2009 to sign or deliver a record to the Secretary\n\nof State for filing does not do so, the district court of the county\n\nwhere the association’s principal office is located, or if the\n\nassociation does not have a principal office in this state, where\n\nits designated office in this state is located, upon petition of an\n\naggrieved person, may order:\n\n(1) The person to sign the record and deliver it to the\n\nSecretary of State for filing; or\n\n(2) Delivery of the unsigned record to the Secretary of State\n\nfor filing.\n\n(b) An aggrieved person under subsection (a) of this section,\n\nother than the limited cooperative association or foreign\n\ncooperative to which the record pertains, shall make the association\n\nor foreign cooperative a party to the action brought to obtain the\n\norder.\n\n(c) An unsigned record filed pursuant to this section is\n\neffective.","path":["OK Code","Title 18"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os18.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"9a2ed383247208258b7e4c5702bdbad56824547f5f852d89a17c592a55fde032","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-201","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-203"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
