Stat. tit. 18, § 18-441-204","heading":"Correcting filed record","body":"CORRECTING FILED RECORD.\n\n(a) A limited cooperative association or foreign cooperative\n\nmay deliver to the Secretary of State for filing a statement of\n\ncorrection to correct a record previously delivered by the\n\nassociation or foreign cooperative to the Secretary of State and\n\nfiled by the Secretary of State if, at the time of filing, the\n\nrecord contained inaccurate information or was defectively signed.\n\n(b) A statement of correction may not state a delayed effective\n\ndate and must:\n\n(1) Describe the record to be corrected, including its filing\n\ndate, or have attached a copy of the record as filed;\n\n(2) Specify the inaccurate information and the reason it is\n\ninaccurate or the manner in which the signing was defective; and\n\n(3) Correct the inaccurate information or defective signature.\n\n(c) When filed by the Secretary of State, a statement of\n\ncorrection is effective:\n\n(1) When filed as to persons relying on the inaccurate\n\ninformation or defective signature before its correction and\n\nadversely affected by the correction; and\n\n(2) As to all other persons, retroactively as of the effective\n\ndate and time of the record the statement corrects.","path":["OK Code","Title 18"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os18.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"feb54a097787dd7b1b5dbf73ce5accab17b3cf202d03c3a66e635e96ff45e780","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-203","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-205"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
