Stat. tit. 18, § 18-441-206","heading":"Certificate of good standing or authorization","body":"CERTIFICATE OF GOOD STANDING OR AUTHORIZATION.\n\n(a) The Secretary of State, upon request and payment of the\n\nrequired fee, shall furnish any person that requests it a\n\ncertificate of good standing for a limited cooperative association\n\nif the records filed in the Office of the Secretary of State show\n\nthat the Secretary of State has filed the association’s articles of\n\norganization, that the association is in good standing, and that the\n\nSecretary of State has not filed a statement of termination.\n\n(b) The Secretary of State, upon request and payment of the\n\nrequired fee, shall furnish to any person that requests it a\n\ncertificate of authority for a foreign cooperative if the records\n\nfiled in the Office of the Secretary of State show that the\n\nSecretary of State has filed the foreign cooperative’s certificate\n\nof authority, has not revoked nor has reason to revoke the\n\ncertificate of authority, and has not filed a notice of\n\ncancellation.\n\n(c) Subject to any exceptions stated in the certificate, a\n\ncertificate of good standing or authority issued by the Secretary of\n\nState establishes conclusively that the limited cooperative\n\nassociation or foreign cooperative is in good standing or is\n\nauthorized to transact business in this state.","path":["OK Code","Title 18"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os18.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"fda3a044880d1e539c42cb4a2c08163da1490394b2651863fd0a578ba269447a","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-205","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-207"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
