Stat. tit. 18, § 18-441-207","heading":"Annual report for Secretary of State","body":"ANNUAL REPORT FOR SECRETARY OF STATE.\n\n(a) A limited cooperative association or foreign cooperative\n\nauthorized to transact business in this state shall deliver to the\n\nSecretary of State for filing an annual report that states:\n\n(1) The name of the association or foreign cooperative;\n\n(2) The street address and, if different, mailing address of\n\nthe association’s or foreign cooperative’s designated office and the\n\nname of its agent for service of process at the designated office;\n\n(3) The street address and, if different, mailing address of\n\nthe association’s or foreign cooperative’s principal office; and\n\n(4) In the case of a foreign cooperative, the state or other\n\njurisdiction under whose law the foreign cooperative is formed and\n\nany alternative name adopted under Section 126 of this act.\n\n(b) Information in an annual report must be current as of the\n\ndate the report is delivered to the Secretary of State.\n\n(c) The first annual report must be delivered to the Secretary\n\nof State between January 1 and April 1 of the year following the\n\ncalendar year in which the limited cooperative association is formed\n\nor the foreign cooperative is authorized to transact business in\n\nthis state. An annual report must be delivered to the Secretary of\n\nState between January 1 and April 1 of each subsequent calendar\n\nyear.\n\n(d) If an annual report does not contain the information\n\nrequired by subsection (a) of this section, the Secretary of State\n\nshall promptly notify the reporting limited cooperative association\n\nor foreign cooperative and return the report for correction. If the\n\nreport is corrected to contain the information required by\n\nsubsection (a) of this section and delivered to the Secretary of\n\nState not later than thirty (30) days after the date of the notice\n\nfrom the Secretary of State, it is timely delivered.\n\n(e) If a filed annual report contains an address of the\n\ndesignated office, name of the agent for service of process, or\n\naddress of the principal office which differs from the information\n\nshown in the records of the Secretary of State immediately before\n\nthe filing, the differing information in the annual report is\n\nconsidered a statement of change.\n\n(f) If a limited cooperative association fails to deliver an\n\nannual report under this section, the Secretary of State may proceed\n\nunder Section 112 of this act to dissolve the association\n\nadministratively.\n\n(g) If a foreign cooperative fails to deliver an annual report\n\nunder this section, the Secretary of State may revoke the\n\ncertificate of authority of the cooperative.","path":["OK Code","Title 18"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os18.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"a6f59b88cdc6d21c972df3412bdbad316f5cebc379ad11c7352320c3b537ce09","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-206","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-441-208"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
